How Often Do You Stretch?

Flexibility training is an important part of fitness, but so many of us neglect stretching out after working out. Especially when pinched for time, stretching just falls by the wayside.

Does anyone know of a good Stretching DVD that I could do before and after my workout? I've been looking for one but seem to be coming up short.

I stretch after every workout, and during work about 2x a day (I work in a lab, and no matter how good my shoes are, standing all day really gets my legs and back tight). My favorite is to wake up first thing and do this 25 minute yoga-flexibility DVD to get my heart going a little and my body limber

I try and stretch my back and legs every morning as well, but of late that hasn't happened. I def stretch after every workout!

If I don't stretch after a workout, I know I don't have a prayer of sleeping that night b/c I will be waking up all night with muscles spasms and charlie horses. Its so awful that no matter what, I always stretch after cardio. A good, long, hitting all the muscles stretch.

Before I would stretch only after a work out..but now I stretch a few minutes at night..Stretching is fabulous! It feels great!

I always stretch. I even did it when I was waiting for this page to load, haha, and I definitely make sure I stretch before and after a workout.

I am ashamed to say, only at pilates class. I could stand to significantly increase my stretching habits. No wonder my hip flexors are so darn tight.
