Once every two months or so. I tend to look into the mirror more, and decide whether I look healthy or not. Weight is a very relative number.

Every day.

I weigh myself every morning now. I was on a really bad diet last summer and lost too much weight. I had a hard time gaining most of it back. So now I am paranoid about losing weight again and have to weigh myself every morning to reassure myself that I am still there.

I'm trying REALLY hard to stay off the scale. I think I'm just going to take it out of my apartment. I want to judge by how I feel and how my clothes fit, not a number.

Every few weeks. I can tell my weight by how my clothes feel. It's all psychological, too, for me. If I see a low number, then subconsciously I think that maybe I can eat MORE, and will! So, I don't do the scale often.

Never! I haven't weighed my self in about 8 years. Only my doctor and personal trainer know what I weigh. As long as I'm happy with how I look and how my clothes fit, why stress myself out with a number?

Every day. Because if I eat a little more one day the next morning I will see that I'm a little more (1/2 a pound to a pound) so I am extra careful that day or for two days until I'm back to my weight and less. I find that much more effective than once a week.

Once or twice a year, when I go for a physical. I judge my weight by how my clothes fit and how I feel.

I've been tracking my weight as I try to slim down, so I weigh myself "for the record" once a week. But I do check in between weigh-ins; I like to weigh with clothes and then naked, or before and after going to the bathroom, to see just how much difference my pajamas or a full bladder make. It's sort of fun, in a weird way.

I have one of those digital scales, and it drives me nuts! If I drink more water or tea one day then I gain .5 lbs. It's very discouraging and frustrating. I try to weigh myself about two-three times a week to avoid to whole liquid issue.

I'm a sicko that weighs myself all the time. It's a problem and I have to put the scale away or I will keep stepping on it. A nurse told me to be skeptical of a doctor's scale because often they have not been calibrated in years (meaning it hasn't been tested and reset). Now that's a relief.

i never got around to buying a scale for my apartment, but i weigh myself on the industrial scale in the shipping department at work, hehehe!

never last time i weighed myself was when we were playing around with my freind's wii fit. checking my weight would drive me crazy. i prefer a visual scale. its works way better for me. i really dont care how much the number is as long as i looked trim and toned.

Every morning before I shower. I just like to keep track of where I'm at. I've been within the same 5 lb range for a year now, so that's good. I keep track of any weight loss or gain by how my clothes fit, so I'm not worried about what the scale says.

I'm going to start doing it once a week with a scale at work. I dont own a scale because I know it would discourage me. I'm trying to start measuring myself once every two weeks though and see if that helps me. Though I weigh myself less I keep track of what I eat on so I know when my calorie intake becomes out of control and what I'm eating that is really hindering my weight loss.

Every once and a while. I'm happy with the way I look and I don't need a bathroom appliance to validate that for me.

I'm obsessed. Usually twice a day - in the morning and at night.

Probably only every couple of months. I tend to forget and don't feel the need to unless I notice an obvious weight gain or loss, which is pretty rare for me.

During my active weight loss, I use my Wii Fit to do daily weigh-ins. I like seeing how my body fluctuates over the weekends, after eating too much, etc. It keeps me in tune :)

I weigh myself when I remember to because I'm good with forgetting to. I don't like depending on how my clothes fit alone. I'm still losing weight and even when I finish I rather keep myself in check and there's not necessarily a big enough difference in how my clothes fit that I want to depend on that alone. I don't obsess over the number so I don't feel like being one of those people who doesn't weigh themselves just because it makes other people obsessive about it. It works for me.
