This may be overkill, but it's better to be safe than sorry — who wants to be sick, right? Aside from keeping the inside of my nose nice and moist with Flight Spray, I also apply some shea butter to the outside of my nostrils. With the poor air quality and dry air inside airplanes, my nose is always dry. Some moisturizer will not only keep your skin from cracking, but it will also provide a nice shield at the bottom of your nose.
