Lisa Lillien may be known for what she can cook up in the kitchen, but that doesn't mean she slacks off at the gym. She knows the importance of finding the right exercise routine that you'll stick with. For her, that means 30 to 60 minutes of walking or jogging on the treadmill every day, "depending on what's on my TiVo," Lisa says. She also sees a trainer two times a week for strength-training, but don't think she likes it. "I hate it all," she says. "But it is important. When you build your muscles, your metabolism speeds up and then you’re burning more calories and it's all good things. I always tell people that they should work out. "
