When Lisa goes out, she tends to steer clear of things like pizza and fries, but not because she hates them. In fact, her strategy is to never order those unhealthy foods that she does love and wait until she's home to whip up a healthier version later. "Anything that is my favorite weakness food is something that I try to avoid [when out]," Lisa says. Other things she avoids? "You’ll never see me eat pasta at a restaurant. I’ll never order mashed potatoes. I don’t really order sandwiches, because I’m a carboholic and I, in general, avoid those carbs in a big way. "
