Three kids and a full-time job? Jennifer Garner has a lot on her plate, but she still makes time to kick some serious butt in the gym (all with a positive attitude, of course). The successful recipe for turning this supermom "back into Action Lady"? Aside from "50 cups of coffee," she loves training with Simone De La Rue [2] of Body by Simone [3]. Jennifer's been doing one-hour training sessions with the Australian celebrity trainer in Los Angeles (which actually sounds like so much fun — Body by Simone is a fantastic dance class!).

The actress is gearing up for her role in Peppermint and doing 90 minutes with her stunt team in addition to her training with Simone, all before three minutes of cryotherapy [5]. Sounds like a seriously action-packed schedule!
