Jennifer Lopez [1] and Alex Rodriguez already make us weak at the knees (OK, and maybe a tad green with envy) every time they step out together [2], but their latest joint adventure is giving us all the #FitCoupleGoals [3] we could ever possibly dream of. The dynamic duo recently stopped by celebrity trainer David Kirsch's [4] Madison Square Club for a joint workout, and it looks like things got hot and sweaty.
Jennifer, who has actually worked out with Kirsch in the past [5], shared three back-to-back videos on her Instagram story to show off her tandem sweat session with her bae. First, Alex is seen doing push-ups, alternating between placing his hands on the ground and two step platforms, followed by Jennifer (wearing supercute patterned leggings [6], might we add) doing some sit-ups with a medicine ball. In the last clip, Jennifer lays on top of A Rod while he flawlessly does push-ups.
