Just when you thought she had done it all in the fitness space, celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels comes back strong to remind everyone that she's not going anywhere anytime soon. Her latest workout requires two kettlebells and a willingness to zap away unwanted arm fat. This circuit includes isolated bicep curls, rows, and shoulder presses. Jillian even adds in a couple jump lunges to get your heart rate up.
