This Kettlebell Workout From Jillian Michaels Will Help Give You Ripped Arms

Just when you thought she had done it all in the fitness space, celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels comes back strong to remind everyone that she's not going anywhere anytime soon. She's still releasing killer workouts that will whip you into shape, and they're all available either on her Instagram or her new app, My Fitness by Jillian Michaels.

Her latest workout requires two kettlebells and a willingness to zap away unwanted arm fat. This circuit includes isolated bicep curls, rows, and shoulder presses. Jillian even adds in a couple jump lunges to get your heart rate up. Consider it a well-rounded workout that will build lean muscle in your upper body, which will help you shed more fat in the long run.
