Try Jillian Michaels's Quick Gym Circuit For a Sexy, Toned Back

As we continue to process Jillian Michaels's split with fiancée Heidi Rhoades, we can at least work on achieving a toned and strong back, thanks to the the celebrity trainer's most recent Instagram video.

Jillian shared a quick back circuit just in time for Summer, featuring four killer moves that use the cable machine and weights. The former The Biggest Loser coach's caption says to complete the full circuit three times, performing each move for 30 seconds "in swift succession."
