"I was actually losing about a pound a week which was really wonderful. It was a really nice, and good, and healthy way to do it. And I still got to eat my chocolate every day which was wonderful, although I haven't had a drink in a really, really, really long time. I love being outside and working out, and I sometimes jog with my husband, and sometimes I jog with one of my daughter's best friends, and it's incredible. I was able to do Pilates for the first time in my life, which is almost better than sex. Not quite, but almost."

— Maureen McCormick — you know, the actress who used to play Marcia Brady on The Brady Bunch — revealed to People magazine how she achieved her lean new look without giving up on her indulgences. In her teens, the actress struggled with bulimia and cocaine addiction. Then in 2005, at age 50, Maureen turned toward food to cope with the death of her mom, the distant relationship she had with her father, and her brother, Dennis, being put in a home for people with mental disabilities. After years of dealing with extra pounds, Maureen joined the cast of the fifth season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club in 2007. After a lot of hard work and a healthy attitude, she looks amazing.
