— Molly Sims on giving up fad diets. The actress/model is the cover girl for the September issue of Health and tells the mag that instead of stressing over food, she stays healthy by keeping a strict exercise regimen. Molly works out five to six days a week for at least an hour at a time. She's also a big fan of the Tracy Anderson Method and visits the trainer's studio regularly.

I agree Spectra. I would get bored lifting light weights for that long. I use 12 to 18 pound weights depending on the exercise. I guess some women are scared of bulking up but that doesn't happen just by lifting 10 pound weights. It also seems like many models lately have been claiming they are so much thinner than when they had extreme diets. It's interesting...

Spectra: True! I usualy use 5 pounds dumbells. But, some of my friends claim that doing many reps with lighter weights burns more calories because u move more. Do u think that's true?! I'm not so sure about that!

I wonder if she realizes she could work out a lot less if she lifted heavy weights instead of 2 lb dumbbells for 80 reps at a time.
