Molly Sims Covers Health: "I'm thinner now than I was when I was modeling."

A Healthy Bite: Molly Sims

"I think I've done every crazy diet there was in the beginning, but it's weird: I'm thinner now than I was when I was modeling. I don't obsess about it."

— Molly Sims on giving up fad diets. The actress/model is the cover girl for the September issue of Health and tells the mag that instead of stressing over food, she stays healthy by keeping a strict exercise regimen. Molly works out five to six days a week for at least an hour at a time. She's also a big fan of the Tracy Anderson Method and visits the trainer's studio regularly.

Spectra: True! I usualy use 5 pounds dumbells. But, some of my friends claim that doing many reps with lighter weights burns more calories because u move more. Do u think that's true?! I'm not so sure about that!
