I hardly slept last night. I haven't eaten since lunch. I don't want to mess up my hair. I already took a shower today. I can't decide what class to take. My sports bras are all dirty. Enough with the workout excuses [1]! This mom has four kiddos running around and even crawling all over her, and she still manages to do squats, lunges, push-ups, and even some pretty kickass TRX moves using her car (wait, what? That's awesome!). Oh, and she has the rocking body to prove it.
