If you have some wrinkles in your work outfit, stand parallel to your ironing board and do Warrior 2 to strengthen your quads and open your hips:
- Stand with your feet about three feet apart with your right toes pointing forward and your left toes at a 45-degree angle. Bend your right knee so your front thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Extend one arm out wide and use the other to iron your clothes. Be sure to do this pose on the other side.
