I love calorieking.com. I went through a phase where I counted ALL my intake calories (just to see where they're coming from), and it's such a great resource!

Wow! $8? That's pretty cheap for a book and I'd say a very nice investment. I may have to look into this. And yes, I love churros, too, although it saddens me to know that my high school served TWO churros as dessert with a taco salad or regular taco on Mexican food day, which happened once a week. (There were other options, but this was like EVERY Tuesday and I'd always bring money to buy it.) I can't believe now how many calories I was consuming. No wonder I finally LOST weight when I went to college.

One word: scary. I would probably hide and become anorexic if I knew the nutrition info for everything I ate.

this book looks great! CalorieKing.com also has a toolbar you can download and have across the top of your internet browser, which I find very handy. It's definitely kept me in check with how much and what I eat . . . I see the toolbar and immediately look EVERYTHING up!
