they don't look too comfortable to wear, I wear contact lens for quite a few years now, they gets very dry and in one way or another it damage the eyes quite a bit, so I would rather wear sunglasses instead of this. Because like buterfly said, it won't protect the sensitive skin around eyes. It's a nice concept, but don't know how unhealthy it is to the eyes.

Cool concept, but not exactly functional. Think about finishing your morning commute and then having to wash your hands and then take out your contacts. Ok, its not that inconvenient...

Groovy stuff, but doesn't protect against damage to the sensitive skin AROUND the eyes.

Holy crap - I saw one of the football players during the Super Bowl wearing these - his eyes looked black with a red ring around them. I was wondering what that was - thatnks for clearing that up Fit. (they do look a little creepy).

WatchMeSparkle - Yes, they come in prescription and non-prescription. And they come in 2 colors - grey-green for running and golf (slower sports), and amber for soccer, baseball, football and rugby (faster sports).I'm getting a trial pair, so I'll let you know what I think...

Those are kind of cool! It gets so humid here..I'm always having to wipe off my sunglasses only for them to fog up 2 seconds later..it's like walking around on the beach blind.

Um, these are really creepy...do they have actual perscription ones, or are they just for people who don't usually wear corrective lenses?
