Personally, I take issue with the blood type question. Numerous doctors and scientists disagree with the premise of this diet, and I'd say it's hardly considered to be a fact. This book asserts that based on your blood type, you should be eliminating entire food groups, and most doctors say that the best approach is a balanced diet, which the blood type not. It's a fad diet that causes weight loss by drastic calorie cutting through the elimination of entire food groups.

As a registered dietitian, I think this quiz is seriously misleading and based on one PhD's opinion... and I agree with the above comment that stress does not make you fat -- only eating more calories than you expend can do that. There is science to cortisol production, but it can be overridden with other forms of stress relief. Arrgh.
