P.L.O.W. – Get Your Heart Rate Up

Most love songs have a slow groove and inspire slow dancing and swaying to the music. It is, however,
heart health month. To celebrate the health of your heart as well as matters of the heart, I made a Valentine's playlist to help you get it up . . .your heart rate that is. The mix is about 40 minutes long and the first song is great for warming up and the last song is perfect for cooling down. If I missed your favorite exercise inspired love song, please let me know in the comments section below.

FitSugar, Thanks for the reply. I just didn't understand the difference between listening to it online for free or on your iPod for free. Because the hardworking musicians really aren't getting their cut if I listen to it for free online instead of buying their CDs, right?

oatmeal_bliss, imeem lists are for you to listen to the songs online only. If it let you download them it would be stealing and all those hardworking musicians would not be getting their cut - do you remember when John Ashcroft was set getting all those Napster music thieves? This is a cool way to hear new music and new music mixes.

Sorry if I'm technologically challenged, but is it possible to download these songs so that you can add them to your iPod? Or do you have to listen to them online only? Thanks!
