Paris Hilton "Not Eating Fast Food Anymore"

Paris Hilton "Not Eating Fast Food Anymore" — Are You?

Paris has given up fast food once and for all. She tells Us,

"I've been really working out. I'm not eating fast food anymore. No more McDonalds, In-N-Out done. [I'm] getting my bikini body, so I'm about that."

Although I already think Paris has achieved a slim and toned bikini bod, it's great that she's taking care of herself by ditching greasy, high fat, high cholesterol, and high sodium fast food. I'm wondering, have you too given up the drive-thru for a healthier, slimmer you?

I've probably had fast food less than a dozen times in my entire life. I hate it. It is disgusting, greasy, and way too many calories for the little amount of food you get. Also, having become a vegetarian 4-5ish years ago, there really isn't much fast food out there for me to eat anyways aside from fries.
I cook up my own food at home, so no need. There are just too many random, chemically ingredients in fast food. It's not worth it.

It's super rare if I do since I don't like how it makes me feel (sluggish) I do tend to eat at resturants a lot (maybe once a week, but it varies)

I worked at In-N-Out for more than 4 years, I used to eat their food every single day I worked, 3-6 days a week (grilled cheese and fries). I left in September and haven't lost a single pound. When I was there, I was on my feet for 6 hours with only a 10 minute break. I probably burned the calories before I ate them. My blood work was even excellent in August. :) I've concluded that INO fries are a health food. I don't eat fast food nearly as much as I used to since moving out on my own. I prefer to make my own food. When I do go out, it's Subway, maybe Taco Bell (modified to be healthier), veggie sushi, Sonic for dessert, or this really awesome veggie-friendly cafe. I'm a vegetarian, couldn't eat at places like McD, Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr, Sonic (for food), Whataburger, Dairy Queen, or Burger King, even if I wanted to (BK has a veggie burger, it's so-so).

Does Subway count as fast food? Lately, I've been eating a lot from them. I love a good cheeseburger, though. Yes, In-N-Out makes a great cheeseburger for a good price point.

I don't think it's healthy to "give up" something you like. One day you'll cave and hard. It's better to just enjoy things in moderation.

I do it once in awhile. Damn those 'toys,' my kid loves going to just get the toys. He will buy those kids meal for the toys (he doesn't even eat them = a waste). And whoever posted that they have this undertaste of chemical in them or something, something doesn't taste quite right after you've eaten well for a long time.

For moral and ethical reasons, I will not patronize such evil corporations. I haven't for over 10 years.

I don't eat that much fast food. I'm not going to lie, I do like my burgers, but it is a once in a while occasion. I don't feel good afterwards, and it just not worth it.

I never eat fast food anyway, so I don't have to give it up. Besides, we don't have an In-N-Out near us, so I've never had the pleasure of trying their supposedly awesome burgers.

I with SaraJeanQueen--PH isn't what I call a role model.

I haven't had fast food in ages. I don't really like burgers *unless they're veggie ones, and that recipe you posted sounds uh-mazing*. My vice is sugar and sweets; I don't really crave fat and fried stuff.

I appreciate the topic but to use Paris Hilton as a role model is ridiculous!! This coming from the girl who wrote in her book that she only drinks REGULAR Coke because only "fat girls" drink diet!! Ha! But to answer your question, I go through phases.. sometimes I eat really clean and don't get any for months. Other times it's once a week (but no more), and it's usually a craving for a cold fountain diet pepsi that makes me do it. I will say though last time I went to Jack in the box and got their egg rolls and fries, and I felt so, so sick afterward -- there's some kind of chemicals in there that I worry about. It wasn't just feeling full; my burps smelled very weird. (Sorry if that's too much information) :) Won't be going to J in the B again!!

I used to be a really picky eater so I never got in the habit. I'm still more likely to grab a salad or maybe a kid size burrito at a local place than "fast food."

Rarely, but still do. Whataburger, Chik-fil-a, and places like that only. I probably avoid McDonalds and Burger King places 95% of the time.

If depends on what counts as fast food. If we're talking about wendy's and mc donalds i haven't had it in years. But Chipotle, noodles and company or panera? Still hit one of those maybe once a month and have no plans to give them up!

I only have fast food every couple of months. It's usually only when we're road tripping and it's most likely In N Out. I'd rather pay more money for better quality food at a nice restaurant or make a home cooked meal for less.

I hit the drive-thru maybe once every six weeks or so.
