Photo Food Journal on the Go

Keeping track of the food you eat keeps you honest. It's informative too. Did you really eat five servings of veggies today? Did your lunch consist entirely of gummi bears? Since a picture is worth a thousand words, share photos of your meals in your food journal. This way you can truly see what you're putting in your body, and it's an easy way to participate in this week's Get Fit For 2010 community challenge: keeping a food journal in a blog post.

It gets even easier. You can harness technology and use the camera on your mobile phone to blog on the go. Snap a shot of your meal, then create a mobile blog post in the Get Fit group. Here are step-by-step instructions on mobile blogging. It is super cool and super easy to do. Pictured on the left is what I had for lunch yesterday. Looking at my plate piled with Mexican food as I took the photo with my iPhone, I realized that this was one large midday meal and made certain to skip the late afternoon snack.

Haha I know the idea is to control your portion but it's 11.30pm and seeing that suddenly made me very hungry!

i can't tell what is it... But, to blog the pix, it'd be like, at least 6 pix a day. Isn't it too much??? Imagine for the month!!! I'd love it, since i can't keep writing EVERY SINGLE PIECE of food i put in my mouth, but it doesnt seem very practical.
