These Are the Workouts That Help Pink Maintain Her Rock Star Body
Pink has been in the entertainment industry for years, and she's just as famous for her strong vocals as she is for her fit, toned physique. It's no secret that Pink is a very physically active woman — all it takes is one look at her live aerial performances to see that she's comfortable doing things most of us could never even dream of (like spinning upside down while singing at the top of her lungs). She obviously needs to be in tip-top shape to be able to do that. Aside from her aerial work, you can usually find Pink taking care of her body in whatever way she enjoys most.
From yoga to cycling to strength training, Pink puts in the hard work to keep that trim figure. In an interview with Food and Wine a few years ago, she shared that she works out for about four hours a day when she's prepping for a big tour. "A two-hour show, plus yoga, cardio, and a rig check with the flying apparatuses," she said. Whoa. She's also known to work out with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who helped her get her toned figure back after giving birth.
At the 2018 IHeartRadio awards on March 11, Pink will walk the red carpet, probably looking flawless as usual. She's been nominated for Best Female Artist, and we're keeping our fingers crossed that she takes home the gold! Until then, find some inspiration in her Instagram posts. Brb, heading to the gym.
