Valslide Reverse Lunge With Arms Up
- Stand with the ball of your right foot on a Valslide and your hands at your sides, abs tight.
- Slide your right foot back and allow the left leg to bend at 90 degrees. As you slide back, raise your arms straight up. Push through the heel of your stationary leg to return to the starting position.
- Alternate back and forth on each side until you have completed 15 reps.
