Chocolate Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

Post-Run Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 cup blueberries
  4. 1/2 cup strawberries
  5. 1/2 cup raspberries
  6. 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  7. 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
