Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  2. 1/4 cup honey
  3. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  4. 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  5. 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 10 balls (about 1 heaping tablespoon per serving).
  2. Refrigerate to firm up balls, overnight for best results. Enjoy!

The nutritional info listed here is not so different from a snickers bar. How is this healthy? The 27 grams of sugar per serving is more than the current recommended daily intake as advised by WHO. This sends a bad message to the community that high protein should be the focus and ignore the rest. Looking at the epidemic of various metabolic disorders we are facing, healthy recipes should focus more on less sugar and higher fiber.

These look great! I just have a question- You say in the wording before the recipe to eat two of these before a workout, but then it says it makes 10 which is 10 servings. And then the nutrition facts doesn't say if the serving size is one or two. Just trying to clarify. Thanks! =)
