A Reader's 2011 Fitness Mantra: Keep On, Keeping On!

FitSugar reader lunitare couldn't wait for the Get Fit For 2011 challenge to get started and got a head start by posting her healthy resolution in the Get Fit For 2011 community group.

Well, I've already lost about 10 pounds since September and better than that, I've lost a couple of sizes (none of my pants fit!). So really, my New Year's resolution — Keep On, Keeping On!

I want to lose another 10 pounds in the next three months, so that means getting back on track with my eating habits and being more aware again. I want to stay committed to this lifestyle change — being more active, and being mindful of what I consume. My husband and I are discussing kids, and I'd like to get fit and healthy in preparation for that. I'm excited for this year; we have a lot of changes coming up and I think they'll all be good.

That's awesome. I've got the eating only when hungry down but I've realized that I eat carbs in every meal. I've got to cut those out. I recently found a passion for spaghetti squash.

10lbs of weight loss = several dropped dress sizes? I wish that was true for me. I've lost 15 lbs and I don't think I've dropped a full size. Dang.
