This edible Cashew Cookie Dough requires zero baking and needs just three simple ingredients. It doesn’t get any easier (or tastier) than this.

Recipe For Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup vanilla plant-based protein powder
    2 tablespoons unsalted cashew butter
    6 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
    1-2 teaspoons chia seeds (optional)
    1-2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add cashew butter, protein powder, and coconut milk. Mix until ingredients are combined and a creamy, dough-like mixture forms.
  2. Add additional toppings to the cookie dough mixture.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and devour!
