- Whole Wheat Pita Wrap
Mango Pico De Gallo
- Take a whole wheat pita wrap (or wrap of your choice) and lay flat.
- Spread some guacamole on it, then spread some mango pico de gallo on it as well.
- You can either cook up a fresh piece of tilapia, or cook up a frozen piece. I used a piece of frozen tilapia piece and microwaved it — Gorton's has yummy ones!
- Add tilapia on top of the guacamole and mango pico de gallo — then wrap it up!
Enjoy! The combo of flavors is yummy!
