I'm not recommending you do an entire yoga class in your shower, because it wouldn't be very safe and would waste a ton of water. But taking a couple minutes to stretch out your lower back will release tension in your mind and your muscles. Come into a Wide Squat relaxing your arms in front of you, and let the hot water beat down on your lower back. Since heat is an effective natural remedy when it comes to tight or sore muscles, it will make this stretch even more effective.
