On the heels of Labor Day BBQs across the country, trainer Jackie Warner's new show, Thintervention, premiered on Bravo last night. I was excited to tune in because Jackie called the project "her dream show" when I interviewed her recently. As I expected, the powerhouse launched her fitness blueprint by dishing some tough love and initiating a slim-down plan for the show's eight overweight cast members. Her design includes diet changes (she's against sugar and processed foods), an intensive fitness boot camp, and group therapy sessions to discuss the underlining mental and emotional side of major life changes. It looks to be an intense, dramatic, and inspiring show. I want to know, which of Jackie's techniques is most challenging for you when you launch a fitness effort?
