I have done really well the last few months avoiding these mistakes. Definitely still meal planning & rarely eating out. And, case in point, tonight I am getting together with some friends, but I made the time late enough that I can eat dinner at home. At first, I figured I would have to skip the gym today, but I decided I should have enough time for a quick jog in the neighborhood, so I really won't be putting myself back too far.
