We've known that Shay Mitchell is into fitness [1] for a while — she's done a half marathon, loves hiking . . . but we didn't realize she goes into full beast mode in the gym. Check it out for yourself.

The combination of challenging balance work using the ball and Bosu, plus plyometrics, and weighted resistance training is a total body workout — and that's just her Monday session!

Shay's been working with her personal trainer, "J" (@j.crvz [4] on Instagram), who appears to have a packed-with-A-listers clientele in LA, including Victoria's Secret models. And we can see why — that routine is incredible and the results are really speaking for themselves.
