Just because you're busy and on the go doesn't mean you can't squeeze in a solid workout. We've got an 18-minute HIIT bodyweight workout you can do in the comfort of your own home. Or do it at the gym. Whatever gets you working!
This workout contains six different exercises, and you'll target just about everything: legs, core, arms, and butt. Your abs will be on fire! Do as many reps of each exercise as you can for 40 seconds, then take a 20-second rest. Then move onto the next movement and repeat the same format. Do three rounds in total, which leaves you with just 18 minutes of hard work.
