Recently I asked you about your favorite healthy snacks, and I was happy to see so many of you respond. Personally, I try hard to eat healthy most of the time, but when PMS strikes, it's hard for me to stay on track. I end up craving everything sweet and salty.

So now I want to know about your fattening, greasy, creamy, fried, sugar-coated, chocolate-covered PMS cravings. What foods call your name when it's that time of the month? Tell me in the comment section below.

I have serious cravings for red meat; nothing like a burger to put me into a good mood!

This month, it was Sweethearts. Around Easter, it's jelly beans and Cadbury eggs. It's gonna be a rough few weeks.

I crave anything & everything. At one moment - a few days ago I craved a latte, hot chocolate, coke, orange juice, wedges, a chicken cheese & avocado sandwhich, wholemeal toast! was strange!! haha! I crave everything & its always different. If I were to have a junk night it would be sweet, savoury, sour all at once! Id hate to think how bad it would be if I were to become pregnant! I used to be able to turn off everything but I allow myself to have little taste test of everything in small doses to keep that craving at bay! I find that works the best! I

chocolate chip cookie dough is my big one now. also, this ice cream place near me has a sundae called a crater copernicus thats incredible (devil's food cake, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream)

Carbs!!! Snack foods like cookies, crackers, ect. I try to find "healthier" versions at stores like Whole Foods and Mothers and it doesn't make me feel as guilty.

when I'm feeling bad in anyway I crave french fries and chips. As if I need any more bloat right? I've also craved red meat a lot in the past and hamburgers or beef jerky was all that could satisfy me.

I used to crave everything, my stomach would seriously never be full, until i started drinking a ton more water and now i take magnesium vitamins around that time, works like a charm!

last month, my husband stopped off at the local bakery (per my pleading request) and picked me up this insane combination of chocolate chip cookies and icing called a Dreamy Pie. Heaven. Also, deep dish pizze (I'm in Chicago!)

definitely something chocolate... but not just hard chocolate. i wish it was just plain chocolate because then i could soothe my cravings with a good dose of dark chocolate (with antioxidants!!)... but alas... i crave something with texture. my favorite is an ice cream sandwich that's starting to melt... mmm!

Chicken makhani, garlic naan and a cold IPA. Pure bliss, and the spiciness + beer helps with the cramps.

I don't get specific PMS cravings, I'm just STARVING when I get PMS. I get hunger pangs every hour and a half and it doesn't matter what I put in my mouth.

one of the ways that i know that i'm PMSing big time is if i'm craving peanut butter...it's interesting ...but i guess it's the salt in it huh?

chocolate. I'm a PMS sucker for chocolate. I go with dark chocolate so I don't feel so bad, but the odds are I eat far more than what is considered healthy. Oh well, I work out 5 days a week, not going to worry about it that much!
