Speak Up: What's Your Favorite Cardio Workout Song?

Speak Up: What's Your Favorite Cardio Workout Song?

I was recently making up a cardio workout play list for myself and I realized that I always pick the same songs to run to, just in a different order. I am thinking that this can't only happen to me since we all have our favorites, so I am curious to learn what song is a must have on your own cardio workout play lists. Maybe you have to have Shakira's Hips Don't Lie or maybe you can't run without Led Zeppelin's Ramble On? Just tell us in the comment section below.

So many. Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Sparks, First Snow, This Christmas Day, Wizards of Winter, A Mad Russian's Christmas, and Christmas Eve Sarajivo have got to be on my playlist for the gym.

This might be lame, but I really enjoy running to Celine Dion's "Drove All Night" and "That's the Way it Is". I also still like listening to a playlist that my stepmom compiled years ago. There are a few clunkers, but here are the highlights, along with others that I like: -"Simply Irresistable" by Robert Palmer -"What I Like About You" by The Romantics -"Off the Wall" by Michael Jackson -"1999" by Prince -"Shut Up" by the Black Eyed Peas -"Toxic" by Britney Spears -"If You Had my Love" by J. Lo -"The Right Kind of Wrong" by Leann Rimes -"Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" by Michael Jackson What a great idea for a post...love the ideas I'm getting on here!

You're Beautiful - Mika Get Ur Freak On - Missy Elliot Bossy - Kelis But at times I'll switch off my ipod since the gym is blasting their music so loud. Hate that.

I love Shake by Pitbull, it has a great beat for running; I also love Faster Kill Pussycat by Paul Oakenfold with Brittany Murphy. Those two will keep me going when it's getting tough (and they helped me fit into my wedding dress last week)!

"What's the Story Morning Glory" By Oasis is the best! Otherwise, I listen to a radio program called 90's at noon on LIVE105 here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
