Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup hummus
  2. 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1 chipotle pepper, sliced
  4. 1/4 cup almond milk, plus more if necessary
  5. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you'd like a smoother consistency.
