Sugar-Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe bananas
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 20 grams Vega Performance Protein Powder)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mash bananas with a fork.
  3. Add oats and protein powder and mix well.
  4. Spoon out 12 cookies onto a lightly greased pan.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown.
