This is the first time in awhile where I've been in 100+ degree weather during the Summer months. As much as the hot weather beckons me to come outside and play, I'm still hesitant to take my fitness activities outdoors. Thankfully, I've met some lovely locals who are used to this weather (and I might add in great shape!), and who don't let the hot temps stop them from being active. Kudos to a majority of you who said you don't let the sunny months deter you from working out. As I've learned, there's no sense letting some hot weather cramp your workout style. Here's how I'm braving the heat this Summer, and sticking to my workout plan!
