These are awesome workouts! Form is the most important. I've done all of these and suggest that you pick 5, and do all of them daily. I do my abs after my cardio and strength training....it's my dessert. Here's what I call "15 minutes to awesome abs" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aE17-YbL_1k, but any of these will get you the look, if you focus on form and not reps.
