Train Like an Olympic Skier

Ski season is upon us, and the Winter Olympics are right around the corner with the opening ceremonies on Feb. 12. If you're looking for some off-the-slopes conditioning to get mountain-ready, check out what Olympic slalom skier Ted Ligety does on the off-season. His conditioning routine is amazing. I am especially impressed with his ability to jump onto an exercise ball and balance in a downhill tuck. Wow.
