I tried the turkey burger recipe yesterday: It was my first time I ate and did turkey burgers, it is a great recipe and the avocado slices replaced the mayo perfectly! It was not sickening and you only need a couple of slices. I don't think I will use mayo again for my homemade burgers! The only low point is the quantity: the recipe said 1.5 pounds of ground turkey for 6 burgers, I used less than 1 pound and ended up with 6 generous burgers.
