Victoria Beckham has been our fitspo for as long as we can remember. Not only does she look super strong and toned, but she's always inspiring us to eat healthy and go after what we want most in life. In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Victoria opened up about what her workout schedule is like and how she keeps that famously slim figure.
"I get up quite early, around 6 a.m., and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I'll then fit in another hour's workout before I go to the office," Victoria said. "I'm very disciplined, I have to be."
That equals two hours of working out every day — on top of being a mother of four and a successful fashion designer. Victoria says the only time she really gets to herself is the morning, so she takes advantage of that portion of the day. "No one comes into the gym, no one follows me in there with a laptop. If I'm standing in the kitchen for too long, then laptops will come floating in my direction," she said. "Someone always wants something approved, something signed off. Other than the children, no one dares come into the gym."
As for her diet, Victoria says she really likes to eat healthy. "I can afford to eat well," she says, so she treats her body well, because "I expect a lot from my body." She has revealed before that salmon is the secret to her flawless skin, so maybe it's time to fill up on all those omega-3 fatty acids. They seem to be doing Victoria a lot of favors.
