Wash Your Workout Clothes For the Week

Back on Track: Wash Your Workout Clothes For the Week

Since I work out at least four times a week, I go through a lot of outfits. So by the weekend, I've got a big pile of stinky, sweaty clothes. If this sounds familiar, take the time today to wash all your socks, sports bras, shorts, tops, bathing suits, and towels. You'll feel motivated to exercise come Monday morning when you have fresh clean clothes to slip into, and you won't be able to use the excuse that all your sports bras are in the hamper.

I find that i need to have new clothes every week because i sweat a lot in them (an excuse to find new gym clothes!), hence i have to wash the clothes almost everyday (hand wash mainly)....

I never use that excuse ;) -- I just wear a dirty sports bra!But yup, last night I washed my bike shorts, bike jerseys, sports bras, bike gloves, and socks.

Ain't gonna happen today, Fit. I'm at work right now and when I get done here, I'm off to the store and then home to fix dinner and stuff. I plan on doing laundry tomorrow though. I sure need to, that's for sure.
