Good list. My go-to boosters are: green and white tea(s); a neti pot (bonus is that it eases allergies); a daily apple, orange and cup of steamed spinach (the latter is delicious on a veggie burger w/ hummus); organic yogurt, and much sleep. I feel that is the reason I rarely get sick. Murphy's law, watch me get a cold in a day or two,lol.
