These Are the 4 Workouts I Did to Get My Body Ready For My Wedding Day
I didn't have much time to prepare for my wedding. My now-husband and I decided to get married pretty quickly, and we wanted to elope rather than having a traditional wedding, so there was no extended engagement or long period of time where we planned out every detail. I had about two months to prepare my dress and the location (the redwoods forest in Mendocino, CA), and I decided to increase the number of workout sessions per week I was doing. I wanted to feel and look my best for the big day.
I worked out several times a week and cleaned up my diet to make sure I was getting plenty of nourishment while also staying lean. These are the four workouts I spent most of my time doing, and they definitely helped me reach my wedding goals.
