Your best bet, calorie-wise, is the:
Chicken Caesar Salad with no dressing or croutons because it has 180 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 635 mg of sodium and 10 grams of carbs. (If you must have dressing opt for the Fat Free French Style Dressing at 80 calories, 0 grams of fat, 210 mg of sodium and 19 grams of carbs.)

For other, non-salad options,

If you're trying to decide between the 10-Piece Chicken Nuggets or the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger you should probably go for the:
Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with no mayo because it has 340 calories, 14 grams of fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 790 mg of sodium and 19 grams of carbs.

Just so you know, the 10-Piece Nuggets has 460 calories, 30 grams of fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 1040 mg of sodium and 24 grams of carbs.

What you definitely do NOT want to get is:
The Classic Triple with Cheese which has 970 calories, 59 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of trans fat, 2060 mg of sodium and 38 grams of carbs.

And just for fun...
A jr. Vanilla Frosty has 150 calories and a jr. Chocolate Frosty has 160 calories.

Fit's Tip: Don't be lured in by healthy sounding sandwiches like the Frescata. These sandwiches often have as many (if not more) calories than the average hamburgers. If you do opt for a 'healthy sandwich', make sure you watch any condiments they may smear on the bread.

I love to get the Mandarin Chicken Salad and the baked Lays/Water combo or a jr cheeseburger at Wendys. Or, baked pot and chili. They have pretty good choices...I get the plain turkey Frescata, but I don't use mayo. Chik-fil-a is the hardest for me, the only good stuff is fried!

Now, if you are in a rush and you can not stop to eat anything healthy, what is best and healthies option? Including McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King? You will always get the Truth from me!

Glad you mentioned the chili, fit. I love Wendy's chili, and it's pretty healthy! Here's a tip... If you're planning on getting sloshed one night, eat a small chili. It's VERY high in fiber, and helps ward off hangovers. I kinda discovered this on accident, when I ate it one night then went out and proceeded to get VERY hammered. I woke up the next morning feeling fine! I assumed it was from the chili, because I heard that fiber helps reduce hangovers!

Its the same for a mcd's salad to minus out that fattening dressing and its actually healthy. But the ranch they serve is so good newmans own mmmmm

Ok here it goes: The Chicken BLT salad has 680 calories, 46 grams of fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 1480 mg of sodium and 38 carbs. Go without the dressing and croutons and you can subtract 350 calories, 28.5 grams of fat, 495 mg of sodium and 20 grams of carbs.

I get the Jr. Bacon Burger - no cheese or mayo and a sour cream and chive potato. Two bucks - full tummy - low-fat butt.
