After Years of Struggling, Here's How I Finally Learned to Do Push-Ups

What Kind of Milk Do You Drink?

First off, I don't really drink milk straight up. Not even with cookies or pretzels like the mister. I only drink milk in my cafe au lait every morning and pour milk over my cereal in the morning. I am a big fan of one percent milk. Milk with a higher fat content tastes too milky for me and seem too caloric, and nonfat is just too watery. What about you?

I haven't drunk milk in a long time, but if I had to drink it, I would pick skim.

I buy organic 2%. I don't really drink milk on its own, but I do need it for recipes here and there. Organic is important because it lasts longer (which makes me really wonder what is in regular milk to spoil it faster). I probably should just stop buying it and get the shelf stable dried milk instead for recipes.

When I was buying milk for myself and drinking it more often I would buy 1%. Now I just have it with a protein shake I make after weight workouts (3x a week) so I share what I buy for my husband. He is a religiously milk drinker and has been all of his life and won't drink anything but the 2%.

whole milk all the way. i put it in my coffee and tea and I end up putting less milk in. and i really don't like that watery taste low fat milk has.

I love milk. I usually drink skim, but sometimes get 2% if hubby complains. I drink it all the time. Yum!

I use skinny milk (I think it's 2%), here in Aus it's full fat or skim, I know in Europe you can pick the percentage of fat you can have from a really wide range. I like soy milk in my coffee though but I'm SUPER picky with the brand!

I don't really drink milk. It doesn't really agree with me and I don't particularly love it. I do eat yogurt and some cheeses though; I can tolerate those a little better.

Rice dream and nonfat. I'm lactose intolerant so the idea of using whole milk just stresses me out.

I drink non-fat, though I grew up drinking 2%. I don't see a huge difference in taste, and the health benefits are way better. But I have to laugh because my dad is completely grossed out that I drink "that watery junk" over 2% now.

The dairy beverage I drink is basically watered-down cream. I don't think it can be legally called "milk." It doesn't have all the sugars found in most milks.

RAW MILK!!! I drink raw skim milk every day, without exception. One week a month, I also add in raw colostrum. I won't touch pasteurized/homogenized milk products. When I'm traveling outside of CA, where it's harder to get my raw milk, I look up the nearest farm and/or Co-Op where I can get my raw milk. My health, immune system, hair and skin have all changed so drastically since I switched over to raw milk.

I like almond milk, but lately I've been drinking hemp milk. It has more calories, but it's a richer, creamier taste and has a lot more vitamins. Hemp milk even has omega 3 and 6's. Almond milk is kind of watery, but it's great for people like me that don't like cow's milk.

I drink 1% these days, not straight very often, but in cereal mostly. I just can't do skim- I grew up on the stuff and it tastes so watered down. I need to have some amount of creaminess. But I also use half and half in my coffee too.

Does horchata count? Because that's about as close as I'll ever get to drinking anything "milky"; I'm still to get over the mental hurdle of being lactose intolerance, so it;s black (coffee, tea etc) and dry cereal or oats made with water, I'm also scared of soy or other 'milks'
