What's More Important to You: Flat Belly or Toned Tush?

What's More Important to You: Flat Belly or Toned Tush?

We all eat right and work out to feel energetic, and to prevent ourselves from getting sick, but let's face it — many of us are conscientious about diet and exercise because we love how it makes us look. Who doesn't want a slim and toned body, right? There's nothing wrong with being proud of your appearance.

With that said, everyone has certain parts of their body they love to work on so I'm wondering . . .

I want to get rid of fat in my midsection so badly and I feel like it is so unfair. Bigger bums are much more accepted than bellies and it is even sexy to a lot of people. My butt and legs never give me any trouble...sigh

I'd rather have a trim tum. My butt has never troubled me, especially because I can't see it as easily as my belly!

My tush is just out there. It's never gonna look great in a swimsuit. Good jeans fix all. My abs, however, are nice and flat whatever I do or don't do. I'd say back and shoulder toning is more important because I can make the most differnce there.

Flat stomach, hands down. My butt is already pretty great just from running, but it seems like I have to work a little to get my abs to look decent.

a flat stomach is by far one of the most important things to me. i feel like i can wear a skirt or jeans and get away from showing if i don't have the most toned butt, but a stomach, that HAS to look good.

I would love to have a flat stomach! It's hard because I have been so stressed lately, and I gain weight when I'm stressed, and that is where the fat goes first!

Flat belly. I've always had a pretty nice butt, and my rebounding workouts help keep it toned. But the belly is HARD for me to work out - I'm naturally apple-shaped, and it takes forever for results to show. I try not to get discouraged, but...boo.

Flat belly. I've always had a nice butt, but my stomach hates me.

A flat belly! I have always wanted a tight, flat belly like Carrie Bradshaw! I would die for her abs!

toned tush is easy for me, but flat belly is something out of this world.

Both. I have no rear, flat board, and I hate the way my stomach looks... i'm getting back into the squats for my butt, yet i am careful because of my knees. as for my stomach, crunch crunch crunch and cardio to get the darn fat off.

Thighs! Slim thighs are most important to me.

I have a pretty flat belly, which I'm very proud of. As for a tight tush, I have no tush, it's flatter than my abs!

Equal but if I have to choose one - belly def.

After two Cesarians and stretch marks galore, I'd like a flat belly. I have what I lovingly call the "hangy thing." A flap of loose jiggly skin that flaps over the top of my panties. I hate it! But I think the only way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck, and I'm so not ready to go that route yet! I have a big bum, but I like it, my husband is a butt man, so it works for me!

Both! I have a pretty good ass (although it's flatter than it once was, but I'm working on it.). I've never had a nice flat stomach. That's my big goal for this year. I'm doing ab work like never before, and hopefully I can burn off some of the fat that gathers there... Why can't I gain all my weight in my butt? I hate have a "belly", it looks so unfit and I'm a pretty fit person...

both, DUH but i voted flat belly. the fat distribution in my body is sucky, most of it in my belly :( my belly would never be flat, unless i'll have like 3 % body fat

I am a Kim Kardashian kind of curvy, so I am focusing on my midsection/ hips/ toned stomach when I work out. I know that working on my butt would just be a waste of time, it's just set in my genetics.

I'm in the same boat, kiwi. My workouts are more tush-related since that's what tends to need the most toning for me.

Both... but since my tummy is relatively flat (eventhough it isn't 6pack worthy)... I would have to say I like my bum to be nice!

I am not surprised to see 57 percent of us say flat belly. Uh, what do they always make fun of females for in the tabloids? Fat bellies! Is she pregnant? Bloated? Gained 30 pounds? Junk food junkie? I think big tushes are positive. Stars are labeled "curvy" is they have a big behind, like Kim K and J-Lo.

A toned tush for sure! I've had 2 kids, and it has left my stomach considerably changed (sagging skin, stretch marks), yet still flat for the most part. I am working on my butt all the way!
