With Spring and Summer weather on its way, it means wearing less bulky clothes and having more skin showing. Before you bare your arms in that sleeveless tank or show off your legs in that short skirt, tell me, is there one part of your body that you're focusing on toning more than another?

i'm pear shaped so the abs are okay, my thighs and arms on the other hand...yeah, I need to drop and give myself 20 push ups right now just thinking about them.

I'm mostly focusing on my abs because in May I'm going to the Riviera Maya in Mexico for a week and I plan on spending a lot of time in a bikini. My arms and legs are looking pretty good overall, but yeah, the tummy could use a little bit of work.

I really need to focus on my thighs... The rest looks quite OK but right now I wouldn't dare to wear shorts! Oh my God, I didn't even realize there was so little time left 'till summer! I better hurry up!

It's a toss up between my abs and thighs.

I would say just abs, but it's hard to target them without cardio. Since Christmas I've lost eight pounds (which I totally didn't expect!) and I have toned everywhere pretty much. I'm still waiting for my abs!

Arms. I tried doing the overall body tone, but I wasn't seeing any results, so I was discouraged. My arms are my least favorite part of my body, so I decided to focus on those for a month or so. I'm mixing arm workouts with jump roping right now :) Even when I was at my skinniest, my arms were flabby.

I am pretty lucky ab-wise because if I work out at all, they look toned unless I am just eating really badly. My booty on the other's really annoying to have the rest of my body all toned up but feel embarrassed to wear shorts!
jelibeann jelibeann 7 years short, stubby legs will probably never be long and lean (duh), but some tone would be nice...i'm mildly embarrassed to admit i've been using my Firm Fanny Lifter, from like 8 years ago, but it actually seems to be making a dent in this goal...why it has to have that name is beyond me :)

I want more muscle everywhere and less overall body fat. I just ran a marathon and had to neglect weight training for a month and a half because I didn't have enough time and now I want my muscle back! The Oxygen Magazine girls and Hers Muscle and Fitness girls are my role models:)

tlsgirl - I hear you! I've given up on my stubborn inner thighs! LOL..I've accepted they will always have some fat on them. Right now I'm working on my arms, as I'm wearing a strapless dress to my wedding in August, and that's the only body part that will really show.

I'm focused on losing 3-5 kilograms and toning my abs... I like my legs, but I also think that my butt needs some work. I have 2 months until summer, so I'm actually focused on making my body perfect and that means healthy diet and lots of training.

My butt! It is seriously not proportioned to the rest of my body. I just purchased the Brazil Butt Lift dvd system (after reading positive things about it on Fit Sugar), so we'll see how that works.
