First comes TGIF, then it's all about weekend fun. Many of you change up your healthy routine on the weekend, whether it's ditching the gym for an Autumn run or taking it easy after an active week. And while we're big fans of scheduled cheat days (they help you stay on track the rest of the week) and rest days (much-needed for muscle repair and staying motivated), sometimes just one less-than-healthy choice can be the start of a very indulgent weekend.
