What do you eat for breakfast?

I am curious what you all eat for breakfast, or if you even eat it at all.

for me it's typically, oatmeal made with skim milk and flax meal, topped with brummel and brown, splenda brown sugar, and dried berries. Some days I add a little protein powder for an extra something. On the weekends I love 1 egg white, 2 Kashi Waffles, and fresh fruit. I also love making my weekend breakfast for dinner on week nights

Depends on how much time I have. Sometimes I'll make an egg white omelet with cheese, or a breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, salsa) but usually I just have a whole wheat english muffin w. peanut butter or a yogurt.

I like to make sure I eat a good combination of carbs, protein, healthy fat and low glycemix sugars. A typical breakfast might be a serving of oatmeal with soya milk and berries ontop with a coffee. Or whole wheat toast with egg white omlette full of veggies (onions, mushrooms & spinach)

Lately I have been loving wilted spinach with and egg and egg whites with feta cheese and toast!! Yum!!

i'd usually go for a small cup of coffee and either a blueberry/plain bagel in which both can fill me up all the way till dinner time.

Without my breakfast I have hunger rage the rest of the day. On cold mornings I make oatmeal (and I add oat bran and flax) then add one egg white and mix it until it cooks, then add a bit of vanilla and splenda. I top my yummy stove "oat pudding" with a bit of soy milk, berries, and toasted nuts. How complete is that? It tastes like rice pudding but with more textures. To drink I have a bit of tangerine juice and triple berry juice with ener-c added. Always worth the extra time because I avoid the rage all day!

BAGELS!! (Montreal has the BEST bagels in the world). If it's a treat, I love to have eggs for breakfast with some fruit.

Oatmeal with an apple, handful of walnut halves, cinnamon, honey, flaxseed, and flaxmeal (great post-workout meal). Sometimes I change it up a bit, making it with soymilk, peanut butter, or pumpkin puree. On other days, probably a bowl of Kashi cereal or muesli, or whole-grain waffles with peanut butter and some fruit.

During the week for me it is either cereal with skim or grits with 2 slices of turkey bacon. On the weekend i normally do it style and have 2 eggs, turkey bacon and wither wheat toast or has browns..mmmmmm _________________________________________________________ Why don't you wear the face you have when I am not around?

Kashi Cereal mixed with non fat vanilla yougurt, a piece of fruit, and 32 oz of water in the car on the way to work.

I actually make breakfast my biggest meal of my day. I eat baked fish like Mahi Mahi or Salmon, a type of grain (Quinoa or wild rice), and a salad. I end up very full and I don't end up hungry for garbage.

Half the time, DH makes me breakfast: egg beaters and toast, usually with a side of milk and fruit. If I make it for myself: cereal or instant oatmeal.

A MIX! A grain, a protein and a fruit. For example today I had a vitamuffin, some boca vegan sausage and raspberries. Yesturday it was a whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter and a clementine, and the day before it was 1 packet instant oatmeal, yogurt and an apple. Yum! :)

Oatmeal with brown sugar splenda, fat free milk and then a sprinkling of walnuts after it comes out of the microwave. Oh, and that old standby--2 cups of black coffee from freshly ground beans.
