since i dont have a car and i stay on campus i have no choice but to walk to my destination. and there is a subway restaurant just off campus and i LOVE walking there. and if i need to do some shopping i take the bus and walk around the mall or the shopping center. its so easy to just walk.

interval training is amazing, and lunges are the only thing that will tone my legs!

I love push ups!! They work your entire upper body and they give you such great arms and shoulders. I'd have to say that crunches are my second favorite though; especially when I do them on my ball. I love toning up my midsection, lol!

I love squats! LOL, is that weird?? I think it's because my legs are my strongest, so when I do squats, I'm just like RAWR!!! Hehe :)

Dancing. The best core conditioning I ever done, including swimming. As a woman, I appreciate a toned core because those muscles act as natural corset, tightening the waist, sculpting the mid section and hips. Fabulous.

Love squats. I know I should switch up my weight routine, and I do, but I always gotta start with squats. They make me feel so strong, and make my legs look HOTT
